Goal setting charts
Goal setting charts are due each Monday electronically through Schoology. Practice records turned in late will be marked one grade lower (ex: 3:15 would be worth 13/13 on Monday, but marked down to 12/13 on Tuesday, Goal setting books will not be accepted after Thursday.* Fill out your goal setting books completely by including dates, totals, and parent signature in ink. Illness or instrument repair should be indicated on your practice record. Students will receive one goal setting book from at at the beginning of the year with all weeks.
· If you participate in solo and ensemble and any outside school performances, you may include that time on your practice chart.
· If you study privately, you may include that time on your practice chart.
*Students absent on Monday should turn in their practice chart on the first day they return to class. In this case, it is helpful to type “absent Monday” next to the week that is being turned in for credit so as not to be marked down for turning it in late.
